ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE: Full Time

Job Description :
Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate processing of all AR documents in SAP system (AR Modules)
Process sundry invoices and credit memos for 3rd party and inter-co customers
Perform AR analysis and credit reporting to Geneva Treasury
Perform other analytical and reporting activities
Ensure compliance to Policies and Procedures
Coordinate with other accounting groups on monthly closing and other reporting requirements
Provide good support to the AR team and related functions, in addition to other markets within Asia Pacific Regio

Job Requirements :
Requirements:

A Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or its equivalent
At least 2-3 years experience in a large multinational company and in a similar AR service functions
Knowledge and experience in Excel and Word while having worked with SAP system will added advantage
A good command in English and Bahasa Melayu; knowledge in other languages such as Mandarin is an added advantage
